Please note that we only ship within Australia. We use TRANSDIRECT to contract reliable courier companies such as Fastway, Couriers Please, Toll and TNT, so you can rest assured that your item will be in safe hands.
All items are fully trackable, and we provide all Customers with details of their consignment on the 'My Account' page once shipped, so they can check the progress of their order.

SHIPPING FEES

Orders less than $200:
A flat rate $10 shipping fee is applied to orders under $200 to anywhere in Australia.
For suburbs in Newcastle, NSW only, a free drop off delivery option is available.
Orders $200 or more:
We pay shipping on orders $200 and over!

Gestaltix Pty Ltd includes insurance FREE OF CHARGE for all orders, no matter what the size or item being shipped. We believe in ensuring our customers piece of mind with their order - ensuring if something does go missing, then you will be fully covered.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery will be approx. 5-7 days. If delivery is prolonged or delayed, contact will be directly made via the order email address to advise estimated delivery timing.
